the 3rd School “Actual Problems of Semiconductor Nanosystems” (APSN-2021) is scheduled on December 07-09, 2021 at Rzhanov Institute of Semiconductor Physics Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, Novosibirsk, Russia. The organizing committee cordially invites all the participants to discuss high-quality current reports of scientific progress and best practices in the field of condensed matter physics and semiconductor technology.
