CUC "Nanostructures" - in which atomic structure, morphology and chemical composition are investigated with various methods of electron microscopy, atomic surface control is realised, low-dimensional structures are fabricated for nanoelectronics - functions in the Institute. The CUC was established on the base of the NSU and a number of SB RAS institutes: ISP, IC (Institute of Catalysis), INE (Institute of National Economy).
